Foam, neoprene or stainless steel

Most koozie orders are foam, and for good reason. It costs very little, it folds flat, so shipping and storage are cheap, and it takes a print that wraps most of the way round the can. If you are handing out hundreds at a tailgate, festival, wedding or company picnic, start with the classic foam koozie or the scuba foam styles.

Neoprene and collapsible styles cost a little more and last longer. They hold their shape after a season in a cooler bag, and the collapsible ones pack flat into a swag bag without crushing. Stainless steel is a different product altogether: double-wall vacuum insulation that genuinely keeps a drink cold, built to last for years. One-colour imprint or full colour

A one-colour screen print on a coloured koozie is the classic look and the cheapest way to brand in volume. With more than 30 foam colours to choose from, you can usually match your brand colour with the koozie itself and keep the imprint simple.

If your logo relies on a gradient, a photo or several colours, choose a full-colour style instead: the full-colour scuba foam koozie, the dye-sublimated slim can koozie or the slim collapsible neoprene cooler. These print edge to edge rather than in a single block of colour.

Camo koozies

The camo koozie is made in the USA and comes in twelve patterns: woodland camo such as Bottomland, Break-Up, Shadow Grass and Mountain Country, plus saltwater and fishing designs including Marlin, Yellowfin and Largemouth. It is the obvious pick for outdoor retailers, hunting and fishing clubs, farm and ranch businesses, and camo-themed weddings.

For booths and job sites

The magnetic slim can cooler sticks to any metal surface, such as a booth frame, a truck door or a toolbox, so a drink is never in the way of a handshake or the job. It costs more than foam, but people keep it because it does something an ordinary koozie cannot.
