What the Souvenir range is

Souvenir is a promotional line made by Koozie Group, and it is built around a specific idea: desk items that get daily use rather than novelties that get a laugh and a bin. In practice that means two product families — writing instruments and adhesive note pads — and the range is worth understanding as a pair rather than as separate purchases.

The pens run from the TFW plastic click at the budget end through soft-touch and stylus models to the Armor rubberised metal and Path stainless steel pens, which read as gifts rather than handouts. The Image Grip uses recycled ABS if that matters to your brand. The note pads run from 2" x 3" up to 3" x 8", in 25 and 50 sheet counts, including a magnetic pad that sticks to a filing cabinet.

Why sticky notes outperform their price

A sticky pad is the most underrated item in promotional print. It sits on a desk for weeks, and your logo is on every sheet — so a single pad delivers dozens of impressions to the same person, which is exactly the repetition brand recall depends on. Very few items at this price stay in front of someone that long.

Sheet count is the decision most people get wrong. A 25 sheet pad is cheaper per unit but runs out in a fortnight of ordinary use; a 50 sheet pad costs a little more and roughly doubles the time your logo is on the desk. If the recipient is a customer you want to hear from again, the 50 sheet version is almost always the better buy.

Pairing items for a desk set

The reason to buy across this range rather than within one part of it is that a pen and a pad work together. A recipient who has both keeps them in the same place, and the two reinforce each other every time either is used. What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimums in this range start at 100 units on some items and run to 500 on others, set per product rather than across the range. Each product card shows its own minimum as you browse.

Do you charge a setup fee?

Not on everything. Many of the products we carry have no setup charge at all. Where a setup charge does apply it is tied to that particular product rather than to your order as a whole, so it does not scale with how many you buy. Each product card shows whether a fee applies before you open it.

How fast can I get my order?

Production runs around 7 days from the point you approve your proof, plus transit time on top. Exact timing varies by product and by how it is decorated.

We do not currently offer a rush service. If you are working to an event date, contact us with your in-hands date before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable rather than let you find out late.

Will I see a proof before my order is printed?

Yes. We produce a proof on every order before anything goes into production, so you can check your logo, colours and placement before we print. Nothing is manufactured until you approve it.
